You will receive one CRG Loyalty Club Point for every qualified dollar you spend on Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages at any participating CRG Restaurants. Points can be redeemed for Reward Dollars in the following increments:

• 75 Points = $5
• 150 Points = $10
• 300 Points = $20
• 750 Points = $50

You can manage your account, make reservations, track points, and redeem Reward Dollars using the dinecrg app.

Points are earned for every qualified dollar you spend on Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages when dining with any participating CRG Restaurant.

For dine-in experiences:

• Make sure you’re logged in to the dinecrg app.
• Tap “Check In” at the bottom of the app screen.
• The app will generate a four digit code that you will present to your cashier or server prior to completing transaction.

For online or in app orders, just make sure you are logged in to your loyalty account and the points will automatically be earned.

The dinecrg app is available for iOS and Android and can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play Store.

To convert points into Reward Dollars, visit the Redeem Rewards Section of the dinecrg app or log into your loyalty account online, please click here and select the Reward you wish to redeem.

To redeem the Rewards Dollars in your account:

• Redeeming in person: Let your server or cashier apply your Reward Dollars.
• Redeeming online: If placing an order online, select the Rewards Dollars you would like to apply at checkout

Note: Once points have been redeemed for Reward Dollars and you opt to apply those Reward Dollars to a check, the full available Reward Dollar balance will be applied, you cannot request to have a partial amount applied. If you have more Reward Dollars than can be applied on a check, the remaining balance will still be available and not forfeit

If you forgot to check in while dining, you can scan the QR code that is printed at the bottom of your receipt. Within the dinecrg app, select “Forgot Points” from the sidebar and follow the instructions to scan the QR code. Receipts must be scanned within five days of the transaction. For forgot points transactions over $500, contact our CRG Home Office at (619)236-1299.

Points are earned for each qualified dollar spent (subject to exclusions in the CRG Loyalty Terms) on food and non-alcoholic beverages at participating Cohn Restaurant Group restaurants, delivery and pick up orders placed only through dinecrg.com, the dinecrg app, and official Cohn Restaurant Group websites. CRG Loyalty Club Points are not earned on the purchase of alcoholic beverages of any kind, gift cards, pre-paid dining reservations, catering orders, contracted events over 12 Guests, or orders placed with DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEATS, Postmates, EZ Cater, or any other third-party service. Points may only be earned at participating locations, and will not be earned at non-participating locations, including, but not limited to, The Prado’s San Diego Airport location, Park Social, Perk Social, Vin de Syrah, or The Melting Pot San Diego Gaslamp. Points are not earned on tax, gratuity, service charges, reservation fees, surcharges, supplemental fees, event/staffing fees, delivery fees, corkage, cover charges, valet/parking, or other fees. Points are not awarded on any amount paid with Rewards. You may not earn CRG Loyalty Club points on contracted parties or private events over 12 Guests.

CRG Loyalty Club Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, and promotional certificates. CRG Loyalty Club Rewards cannot be redeemed New Year’s (Eve and Day), Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Eve and Day). CRG Loyalty Club points and Reward Dollars cannot be earned and redeemed at The Melting Pot San Diego Gaslamp, The Prado’s San Diego Airport location, Park Social, Perk Social, or Vin de Syrah. Reward Dollars are only to be redeemed for food and non-alcoholic beverages. CRG Loyalty Club Reward Dollars are not valid for payment toward private parties, pre-paid dining reservations, merchandise, or catering. Catering, private parties, event, delivery and pick up orders over $250 may be classified as catering at the sole discretion of Cohn Restaurant Group.   Reward Dollars are only valid toward food and non-alcoholic beverages and may not be used toward tax, gratuity, service charges, reservation fees, surcharges, supplemental fees, event/staffing fees, delivery fees, corkage, cover charges, valet/parking, or other fees.

If you have at least one paid transaction/points accrual added to your account during the calendar year, the points on your account will roll over to the following year. If you have not had a paid transaction/points accrual added during a calendar year, any un-redeemed points remaining at the end of the year will be forfeited at year’s end (December 31). Reward Dollars are subject to individual expirations.

CRG Loyalty Club Points are issued when Gift Cards are redeemed, not when they are purchased. Only the person redeeming the Gift Card is eligible for CRG Loyalty Club Points. Reward Dollars cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

CRG Loyalty Club Points may be earned on orders placed directly through CRG restaurant websites, dinecrg.com, or our dinecrg app, excluding catering. CRG Loyalty Club Points are not earned on orders placed with DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats, Postmates, EZ Cater, or any other third-party service.
